Converts PolySpace queue-manager's log file to readable table format.

File Information
Description	With this small utility is possible to monitor PolySpace server utilization. Running PolySpace Queue manager generates a log file, where is information about all jobs. Downloading and converting of this log file will be creating table with list of all jobs, time spent waiting in queue and time of execution.
