| Description |
This is a collection of files that will plot the standard amplifier
design circles on a Smith chart. A simple Smith chart can be plotted with the constant impedance, admittance, reactance and susceptance circles specified by the user. Stability circles, and circles of constant available power gain, operating power gain and noise figure can be plotted. Functions to calculate the Rollett stability factor, and the Maximum Available Gain (MAG) or Maximum Stable Gain (MSG) (depending on whether the device is stable or not) are also provided. A number of examples are supplied in the help of each Matlab script. |
