| Description |
Matlab function to calculate resampled spectral for the reflectance bands of various multispectral sensors. This function can resample spectra for Landsat TM5, Landsat ETM+, MODIS Terra reflectance bands (1-7), SPOT, ASTER, AVHRR 2/3, IKONOS, Quickbird, CBERS CCD&IRMSS, SeaWiFS and IRS LISS & WIFS. Bands are simple linear averages over the spectral range of each channel. Data can be either reflectance, transmittance or absorption, but will typically be used for the reflectance. A sample multiple spectrum file for Amazonian plants is included in resample_data.mat. |
