Four J-K Flip Flops available in Simulink Extras are connected in cascade to form a Four-bit Binary Counter also known as Mod-16 Counter. This circuit output gives one pulse for application of 16 input triggers applied as clock pulses. This counter is one of the most useful subsystems in digital system. |
