Simulation of DECADE (Mod-10) COUNTER using J-K Flip Flops

File Information
Description	Because we use the decimal number system so much, we often prefer to have a Decade Counter instead of a Binary Counter. Using 4 J-K Flip Flops and skipping six of its possible output states, simulation of Decade Counter is carried out with components available in Simulink.
