Description

The MATLAB and gLite code exercises for the M11 tutorial at SC08, jointly delivered by The MathWorks and EGEE

Note: Exercise 2 and Exercise 6 were written to operate on large data sets. However, in order to comply with restrictions on data uploads to MATLAB Central, a reduced data set has been provided.

MATLAB release MATLAB 7.7 (R2008b)
Other requirements All programs require Parallel Computing Toolbox. MATLAB Distributed Computing Server is optional. Some programs require SimBiology or Optimization Toolbox
