| Description |
Computes the Gauss hypergeometric function 2F1(a,b;c;z) and its derivative for real z, z<1 by integrating the defining differential equation using the Matlab differential equation solver ode15i.
If 2F1 is to be evaluated for many different z for constant parameters a, b and c, it is suggested to call the function only once and use the output to create a piecewise polynomial approximation of 2F1. |
