Example timeout for long simulations

File Information
Description	A sample simulink model including timeout based on tic-toc functions. Simulation taking more than defined time (wall-clock time) is stopped. Tic is executed by InitFcn callback.

24 Jun 2011	Christopher	This block does what it says it does, but it results in a monumental decrease in simulation speed due to the many calls to Matlab's toc function. I don't know if there is a way around this.
