This function reformats a list of n-dimensional datpoints to a grid, similar to the results of the griddata function but without any interpolation. It reshapes the data using all unique coordinates as rows, columns, pages, etc. of the final data grid.
Overall, this function is a useful alternative to griddata when your data is already on a grid but stored as a list of coordinates. It is more flexible than a simple reshape because it allows data points to be listed in any order, and allows for missing grid points.
