Changes LEGEND fontsize.

Description

Changes LEGEND fontsize while maintaining proper alignment between the legend's text strings and line symbols.

Example: Double the fontsize

hLeg = legend(h,'string1','string2',...);
resize_legend(hLeg, 2);
