Description

It is a quick & dirty function! It is slow but it works.

(A) WARNINGS:
- The root 'C:\' will be added!!!
- A file 'c:\data.txt' will be generated and deleted!!!

(B) EXAMPLE: Consumer Price Index, France

I would be very happy, if there is someone who can implement something like 'fetch' (database toolbox).
