A very good book for me to understand the "Singals and Systems" and Matlab deeper!!And it inspires me to researsh the "Singals and Systems" using Matlab!!

Step by Step introduction to Convolutions. Good for understanding Signals & Systems.

This is a very good book as far as taking knowledge of systems and signals and applying it to something semi-tangible. However, this book does not "teach" the material. This book will definitely be an excellent supplement to a systems and signals text/course, and the problems you worked throuhout the book are excellent for helping to fully understand the topic at hand. Just keep in mind that this book is not a substitute for a standard text...it is very much a workbook that assumes previous coursework in the area.
Just a note, I used this book for some extra-credit coursework for one of our systems/siganls professors in order to re-learn some material we felt I had missed out on. On countless occasions I had to go back and learn something first, then come back to the excercises in this book. On the contrary, I learned a lot.

Very interesting and usefull in labs.

Great book for understanding signals and systems, and their implementations using Matlab .

The proofreader of this book should be fired. Contains text like "where a is defined in Eq. (??)" I actually need to know what equations these lines refer to. Thanks for not providing a book that is useful. I want a new book with proper proofreading sent as a replacement

Dear Lee (and others),

I am sorry that you received one of these copies from the publisher. There was a misprinting at the publisher, and somehow the most recent printing of this edition had a problem. Prentice Hall has assured me that they will replace any of these bad copies. Please contact the seller of the copy you received and ask that they replace it with a proper version. You can also email the publisher, Prentice Hall, directly.

If you are unable to replace your copy, please email me directly, and I will make sure that your copy is replaced.

best regards,

Andrew Singer

Actually this book is good, but something that make user can not understand how to use matlab is when this book ask the user to do some tutorial without complete explenation about the matlab. e.x: in chapter 2, we have some tutorial about Linear time invariant Systems, but I don't know what to do, so please explain for me more about that

excellent book. if you didn't understand it, its probably because you are not using it with the textbook "signals and systems"
