Simulate the BER of a QPSK modulated siganal using an AWGN channel with flat rayleigh fading.
with sigma = awgn_sigma
I have done this simple simulation while taking Communication II in Fall-2006!! Feel free to modify and use it!

Beware! This script clears your workspace. There is hardly any help, so this is valuable for nobody except the author. Make it a function, provide better help and comment your code.
