Well, this software is basically an addon to the hardware known as GDS-820c.

VScope_start(varargin)
function varargout = VScope_start(varargin)
% VSCOPE_START M-file for VScope_start.fig
% VSCOPE_START, by itself, creates a new VSCOPE_START or raises the existing
% singleton*.
%
% H = VSCOPE_START returns the handle to a new VSCOPE_START or the handle to
% the existing singleton*.
%
% VSCOPE_START('CALLBACK',hObject,eventData,handles,...) calls the local
% function named CALLBACK in VSCOPE_START.M with the given input arguments.
%
% VSCOPE_START('Property','Value',...) creates a new VSCOPE_START or raises the
% existing singleton*. Starting from the left, property value pairs are
% applied to the GUI before VScope_start_OpeningFunction gets called. An
% unrecognized property name or invalid value makes property application
% stop. All inputs are passed to VScope_start_OpeningFcn via varargin.
%
% *See GUI Options on GUIDE's Tools menu. Choose "GUI allows only one
% instance to run (singleton)".
