Description

This program is the union of 3 programs:
watchmaker
day
day3
The importance of the mechanism is the circular function of the time.
It has a double modality:
0 --> random PC
1 --> user input
In both cases the strategy used is the same.
It take a triple double input:
hours
minutes
seconds
Compute the distance of two time-points.
Say degree and sector of the double input in a double way:
360° and 240 sectors
720° and 120 sectors

This is a redundant repackaging of 3 other trivial, inefficient, and poorly written programs. Yet again, there is no clear description of what purpose this code serves.
