Improved version of HIDDEN builtin function, which allows targeting specific axes.

Description	Matlab's builtin HIDDEN function doesn't allow targeting of specific axes. HIDDEN2 is a drop-in replacement which can take a second argument specifying an axis or figure on which to operate.
