Description

The package comes with an example file which shows how slices or complete volumes can be reconstructed from a loaded sinogram.
There is a matlab function which does pre filtering and a matlab mex file which does the back projection. The mex file should be compiled first with the supplied compile.m script.

MATLAB release MATLAB 7.7 (R2008b)
Other requirements Microsoft Windows

Thanks for this generous help. But, I'm having trouble compiling the files in MalLab 2009. I tried in 2007 too with no luck. Can someone tell me how I should compile these files please? My OS is XP SP3 32-bit.
Thanks.

Could you be add a vector to your C++ code to include angle data as an input by any chance?
Thanks

I have a question about the program.

Should not the projections be padded before filtering?
