Updates
30 Mar 2009	-Communications Toolbox is needed in order to run the NoiseGenerator. (Note: In order to run experiments without warning change the "AWGN" function as "awgn".
30 Mar 2009	-The "AWGN" function in NoiseGenerator.m is changed as "awgn" in order to prevent "case sensitive warnings/errors" for the future releases of MATLAB.
