Align blocks tool

This is a very useful tool to align blocks and distribute the distance between the blocks.

Description

Use the tool to develop model with smart look.
Very useful in modeling projects.
The ReadMe.doc in the .zip file can be used to configure and use
the tool. The functionality of the tool is same as that of the AlignObject utility in GUIDE.
