Calculates the gain vectors required to place the Poles and Zeros of a state space linear system.

Description	Calculates the gain vectors required to place the Poles and Zeros of a state space linear system anywhere the user wants them to be. This function is similar to the ACKER and PLACE commands in the Control System Toolbox. Tested under version 5.2.0

Updates
20 Mar 2007	Updated to allow pole computations without entering desired zeros. Also, when called without inputs it will do a "help pzplace"
