Plot a Gantt chart from a Matlab structure.

File Information
Description

This function plots a Gantt chart from a Matlab structure. The field names of the structure provide y-axis labels (work packages / elements of the project). Each field of the structure contains NaNs where that work package / element is not operational and 1s where it is.
MATLAB release MATLAB 7.5 (R2007b)

Thanks! I think I've figured out how to use this, but some more help documentation would be a really good addition. Also, a working example.

Uses function isleapyear on lines 61 & 64. However, that function does not appear to be a matlab function.
