RTR is a tool to capture real time videoes from external device like webcam.

Description

It automatically detects resolution of device. It gives facility of preview,
stopping video inputs, taking snapshots, saving captured images to your hard
disk,recording live videos from webcam.

Included Executable with MRE with C source code corresponding to that mfile.
