Find & Replace the signal names in model

Description

This script will take the model & excel file as a input & creates a new model with name "modelname_New" in the same directory where model resides.
If model is opened already it will take the recently opened model else if no model is open it will enable you to select the model and excel file and replaces the existing signals with new signals available in the excel sheet & saves the model with new name.
The format of excel file should be first sheet & first column contain the exsisting signals & second columd should be the corresponding new signal name.
