Find & Replace the signal names in Simulink & Stateflow

File Information
Description	This tool can be used in places, where you get a frequent changes in signal names from the customer. Simple GUI has an option to select either string (entering the name of existing signal & new name to replace with) or a file(an excel file containing existing signal names & names to be replaced with).
