To run the code, type "start' in the Matlab window.

This is a software generating results for the paper

J. Nordbotten, T. Rahman, S. Repin, J. Valdman - Functional a posteriori error estimates for Barenblatt-Biot model in poroelastic media

which is still in preparation. The paper can be downloaded later from the author web http://sites.google.com/site/janvaldman/publications
