Combined Blur and Affine Moment Invariants by Suk and Flusser.

Description

The code implements the following paper:

Tomas Suk, Jan Flusser, "Combined Blur and Affine Moment Invariants and their use in Pattern Recognition", Pattern Recognition, vol. 36, 2003.

A set of six invariants are computed as derived in the above paper by Suk & Flusser.

Sample images are enclosed for experimentation.
