"SPAN (SPatial ANnotation) allows the user to locate in 2D n user-defined target points on each frame of a video and saves their spatial coordinates. The application for which this software was created is the manual frame-by-frame tracking of body parts in video clips.
The target points are annotated in a fixed order and can be categorized in one of three classes, e.g. according to their visibility. The software consists of two matlab files to annotate and replay the annotation."
