Calculates Wigner 6-j coefficients using the Racah formula

Description

Builds on the previous m-file Wigner6jcoeff. This m-file failed for large input values, since matlab can only compute factorials up to 180!. The new version utilises the gammaln function to avoid computation of these large factorials
