Improvement to Title function

Add the "title" string to figure title (blue area)

Description

There is a problem with matlab figures & windows, that when you have many figures opened, you cannot see the title in windows taskbar, and need to open each one until you find what you want.
This function helps by adding the title on the blue-title of the figure, which causes windows to display it every time you hover the thumbnail.
As a "bonus", I also removed the unnecessary "Figure" string from the blue-title, because it gives no information and only take place from the thumbnail.

To use:
Copy this function and replace your original "title.m" (or put this one upper in the path list).

Simple (only 4 lines of code) but very clever improvement to the basic behavior of title. I see no reason why this shouldn't be adopted into Matlab.
