Find solutions of a 3D coincident with a 2D.

Description

The program statement is this: a static space map 2D is coinciding with a static spacetime circles 3D.
There are two txt files like databases of 19^4=361^2=130321 records.
The Map Db is the 2D map container.
The CircleMap Db is the 3D container of a double perpendicular circle.
The time dimension is been consider with 180° of latitude.
Example.
Horizontal Range Circle: -180 <= x <= 180
Vertical Range Circle: -180 <= y <= 180
Max number of decimals: 0
Horizontal Degree Circle: -180 -> 1° user input (one of 361 combinations)
Vertical Degree Circle: 45 -> 2° user input (one of 361 combinations)
Longitude Map: -180 -> 1° pc output = 1° pc input
Latitude Map: 45 -> 2° pc output = 2° pc input
Map Db:
Solution: 1
Record: 226 -> 1° pc output
Solution: 2
Record: 316 -> 2° pc output
Solution: 3
Record: 65206 -> 3° pc output
Solution: 4
Record: 65296 -> 4° pc output
CircleMap Db:
Solution: 1
Horizontal Degree Circle: -180 -> 1° pc output
Vertical Degree Circle: 45 -> 1° pc output
Solution: 2
Horizontal Degree Circle: -180 -> 2° pc output
Vertical Degree Circle: 135 -> 2° pc output
Solution: 3
Horizontal Degree Circle: -180 -> 3° pc output
Vertical Degree Circle: 45 -> 3° pc output
Solution: 4
Horizontal Degree Circle: -180 -> 4° pc output
Vertical Degree Circle: 135 -> 4° pc output
The CombMap.txt file is the all solution scheme combinations of a 2D map.
