06 Nov 2009	Thomas Clark	Annu, This is ridiculous. All this is is a copy of a scientific paper. It doesn't even vaguely pertain to MATLAB, has no code, and isn't even on the same subject as your title (it's on image coding, not image matching). Also, it infringes the copyright on the paper, which is held by IEEE Transactions - you've no right to distribute or apply a BSD license. Get a grip.
