Evaluates the self impedance and mutual impedance of coupled dipole, separate by distance delta which is comparable to wavelength of radiated wave.

This is a script, and hardly likely to be useful for anyone except the author.

It could be improved by:
- converting to a function, complete with meaningful H1 line
- cleaning up the code to eliminate M-lint messages
- using the backslash operator for the solution of A.x = b, instead of inv
