Function to extract header information from .tif, and Metamorph .stk and multitif image files.

File Information
Description	Function extracts header information. The information is displayed to the screen and can be saved to a file. You need the three files: TiffHeader.fig, TiffHeader.m and OutputTiffHeader.m. Put the three files in your Matlab path. "TiffHeader" will bring up the menu and allow you to run the application.
