Bright circle with dark background

I wanted to generate a circle with dark background. The function circle_bg.m does it.

File Information
Description	This implements the built in function patch. I have patched the circle on the dark background. There may be faster way to do it.

25 Nov 2009	Heinrich Acker	It may sound like a joke, but you can draw circles with the standard MATLAB function 'rectangle'. I also wrote a function like you before I found out.
