scale

Add a map scale to a specified axis. Do not need to be a so called map axis in matlab.

Description

 hsc = scale(ax) places a scale on a (map) axe specified by handle ax.
 Position can specified using scale(ax,[width height rightmerge bottommerge])
format property defines the scale text format
 as in sprintf function (incl. percent char.).
