Myplotyy plots different data sets with a common x-axis but using individual y-axes in one figure.
The properties of every curve (y-axis) can be individually adjusted, such as linear or logarithmic scale, normal or reverse scale, confidence intervals, colors, curve labeling, ...
See screenshot and run the example "myplotyy_example.m" included in the zip-file.
sorry I didn't wrote on the good web page
If it also had the option to specify ticks and minor ticks of each axis separately as well as their appearance, it would be absolutely perfect!
Much better than Matlab's plotyy function by far. The only thing that I cannot figure out yet, is for some reason my y label for the label on the right side of the plot always intersects with the axis. I can move the label so it's not a big deal, but it would be nice if it didn't intersect with the axis to begin with.
Fix of ylabel positions
The label on the right side is now at the correct position.
update of the description
fixed a problem considering the rotation of the y-labels.
now the function is also able to plot confidence intervals
