Description	Estimates the statistical power of an analysis of variance Model II (random-effects) after it has been performed. It requires the observed F-statistic value, numerator degrees of freedom, denominator degrees of freedom and significance level.

15 Nov 2002	Due a typing error on the example dialog in the file. It appears as calling a different function (powerAOVI). So it was corrected to call the rigth function for Model II: powerAOVII(F,v1,v2).
