A simple solver for a 2nd order nonlinear BVP

Description

This code solves and then plots the solution of the nonlinear BVP
y'' = f(x, y, y') for xL < x < xR
where
y(xL) = yL , y(xR) = yR

It is not as sophisticated as bvp4c, but it allows for easy manipulation of the solution procedure and solves the problem relatively quickly.
