This submission is intended to help people who are- 1) Learning how to use GUI feature of MATLAB (like myself) and 2) For those who are taking undergrad courses in vibration/dynamics
You can enter values of mass, spring stiffness & damping coefficient in SI units; then give initial conditions & plot properties before you hit plot button. This GUI will plot system response for you & will also tell you if system is Underdamped/Overdamped/Critically Damped.
Note: Download plotter_vibration.m & plotter_vibration.fig in the same directory & run the M file. Enter the values to get the result.
Please free to modify GUI to add your own features (like velocity plot etc.) or even correct it in case you find any error.
