Makes figure active w/o bring to front; creates new figure if not existing.

| Description |
MyFigure can replace the MATLAB Figure command. When called with an existing figure number, myfigure makes the figure active WITHOUT raising it. This speeds plotting. When called with a non-exiting figure number, a new figure is created. |
