Package of functions for an ASCII raster GUI object.

File Information
Description	Character-mapped programming is sometimes easier than pixel-mapped GUIs. The functions create an NxM character-mapped raster. Caller than writes to the x, y locations in the raster. It supports 24-bit color and a set of fonts.
