Calculates the joint entropy of a group of variables.

JointEntropy: Returns joint entropy (in bits) of each column of 'X'

  Note: Each distinct value is considered a unique symbol.

  H = JointEntropy(X)

  H = calculated joint entropy (in bits)
  X = data to be analyzed
