Description

CSPHANTOM is a test phantom tailored to compressed sensing MRI algorithm development. It is designed to be non-sparse under a gradient transform and to contain features difficult to reproduce with partial Fourier sampling. We hope that this phantom can be used to evaluate the quality and accuracy of compressed sensing MRI reconstruction algorithms in the noise-free domain so that real-world applications of CS MRI may be improved.

First off, nice phantom!
Two quick comments:
-have a default size, such as 256 (for the regular phantom)
-since the one call to PADARRAY is the only dependency on the Image Processing Toolbox, just create the matrix of zeros and embed the Qs in it.

Version 1.1 was not updated last time I tried this, so I'm trying again.

Added ability to add noise of a specified SNR and simulation of finite sampling bandwidth and B1 inhomogeneities.
