| Description |
Use this program to design your hydro scheme. All you need is a map of spot heights and an idea of what the evapotranspiration coefficients should be. Evapotranspiration is just a measure of how much water is absorded by the ground and how much is evaporated or transpired by plants. This program was made for the edinburgh uni interdisciplinary engineering project. You can find an extract of the report on my website. www.charlieseviour.co.uk
A map and transpiration matrix for glen kinglass is included so the script can be demostrated using this. Just type optimiseFactor=-15;runall to run it from the begining. There was a really cool interactive table of 100 top results which you could click on the see a map of an individual scheme but last time it tryed it it did not work.
This is probably Stuart Scroggies fault so email him. If you can fix it please let me know.
