Takes the path that contains folders with data from the Vanderbilt Retrospective Image Registration Evaluation Project, reads the image volume and header information from every folder. Saves a mat file with volume and header information in every folder. Outputs the structure array with volumes and corresponding headers. Each entry in the array contains the information read from one Vanderbilt folder.
