GeneraTiffWorld
This function represents a binary matrix into a tif image with the the world file associated.

The function generate a binary georeferenced tiff. Given the matrix to represent as image and the vector containing georeferencing points, a binary tif image (.tif) file and a world file (.tfw) associated with the image are given in output by the function.
