GUI: Radial Distribution Function
Lets the user manually identify centers/dots in an input image, and calculates the RDF

The input image can be a complicated image contaning dots, textures, defects etc. The GUI lets the user manually identify the centers, dynamically updating, and marking the centers. The centers can be marked in the whole image or a part of it. Once all the centers are identified, the RDF is calculated and plotted by the program, and a txt file containing the list of centers is saved.
