Encode messages from LDPC parity-check matrix
This file could be useful to depict how to encode a message without having the generator matrix by hand.
An example matrix taken from IEEE 802.11n standard is provided. If you want to use a different one, it must be in lower triangular form.
This algorithm is taken from the paper: T. Richardson and R. Urbanke. "Efficient Encoding of Low-Density Parity-Check Codes". IEEE Trans. on Information theory, Feb. 2001
