eogui detects saccades in the vertical and horizontal channel as well as blinks in the vertical channel of the EOG.
Each event (i.e. blink or saccade) is marked in the raw signal and described with a number of parameters like start, end, amplitude, maximum velocity etc. that can be stored in various formats (*.mat, ASCII etc.). The GUI allows to browse through the raw signal with events marked and to adjust the parameters for analysis. All settings are stored in a configuration file that can be used for the next data set. Batch processing is also possible.
Accepted input formats are *.mat files, Brainvision *.vhdr, Varioport *.vpd
Output is *.mat, ASCII or XML .

zip file includes pdf manual + example data set

Hey there,

I've run into a problem with the calibration steps of EOGUI. From steps 2-6 of the calibration where we are required to click and drag on the figures, I get no response or highlighting of my plot and my command window floods with the repeated errors when I try clicking and dragging my mouse over the plot:

Error while evaluating Figure WindowbuttonMotionFcn

Error using waitfor
Undefined function 'mousesel' for input arguments of type 'char'.

Error using mousesel (line 91)
Error while evaluating Figure WindowbuttonMotionFcn

% and then this repeats and floods the command window each time my mouse is moved, however when my mouse is stationary, I receive no new errors.

Any help is appreciated if anyone has any insight into this.

Cheers,
Alex

Can you please help me??
