Root Mean Squared

This set of two functions returns the root mean squared of any 1-D signal.

You are now following this Submission

Use RMS(s) to find the RMS of the signal in the time domain, or any time-series data.
Use FRMS(S) to find the RMS of the signal by examining the signal in the frequency domain, i.e. S = FFT(s). FRMS makes use of Parseval's Theorem for its calculations.
